Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through LegalMind via Razorpay.

1. Free Trial & Free Tier

New accounts receive a one-time 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required for the trial, and you are not charged when it ends — your account simply moves to the permanent Free tier. Paid plans are charged at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
• Your data (documents, highlights, notes) is retained on your account and is never deleted on downgrade — you keep access to it.

3. Refunds

All payments are final. LegalMind operates a strict no-refund policy: once a charge is processed it is non-refundable, including for unused or partially used billing periods. Cancelling ends future renewals (see section 2) but does not refund the current period.

4. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Billing Questions

We do not process refunds. For any billing question or concern, email us at admin@cosmixgroup.com from your registered email address, or use our contact form. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
